Labor, Delivery, Recovery and
Post-Partum Rooms
Our
Birthing Center includes 12 new beautiful and comfortable
rooms with you and your family in mind. We have
two triage rooms, 6 LDRP rooms and 4 ante partum
or post operative rooms.
At the Birthing Center, our highly trained staff
is supported by the state of the art technology
and has assisted well over 400 mothers while giving
birth. Our new Birthing Center has spacious and
comfortable room. We have many amenities to make
you and your baby feel right at home. When laboring
you may use your private shower with a built in
seat and two shower heads to aid in relaxation or
you may want to relax in our large comfortable tub.
We have birthing balls, rockers and beds which can
assist you to relax while in labor. Our nurses are
very skilled in natural relaxation and breathing
techniques, which promote comfort and relaxation
during labor. You may choose to have pain medication
such as IV medication, epidural or Intratheals anesthesia.
You will want to be sure to discuss these options
for pain management with your physician prior to
labor. Our nurses are always ready to answer questions
and to responds to your needs in an expedient and
professional manner. The nurses have been trained
to assist you with or without analgesia. The nurses
are here to help you celebrate one of lives most
significant events by offering their special touch
of personal care and attention.
All of the LDRP rooms are fully equipped with the
most up to date fetal monitoring and surveillance
technology available, while maintaining the flexibility
to meet your needs by offering family centered care.
