Patient Registration
For your convenience
you may obtain a pre registration packet from admitting
on the first floor main entrance information area.
The packet may be taken home and filled out at your
convenience and returned to the hospital in the
envelope provided. You may also obtain the packet
of information at your Drs Office.
Pre registration allows for an expedient admission
to the Obstetrical unit. When arriving at the hospital,
inform the registration personnel that you are pre
registered. They will immediately call the Obstetrical
or Emergency room personnel to escort you to the
Birthing Center.
If you have not pre registered you will need to
stop at the admission desk.
If you have any questions regarding prepayment,
billing or other Birthing Center services, the Pre
Access Representatives will be happy to give you
the information requested and directions.
