Hospice Information
Hospice of
Sturgis provides support and care for people
in the last phase of incurable diseases so
that they may live as fully and comfortably
as possible. These services are provided by
a team of Physicians, Nurses, Therapists,
Aides, Social Workers, Dietitians, Volunteers
and Clergy in the patient's home, nursing
homes, or adult foster care settings. A Registered
Nurse is available 24 hours a day to answer
questions and to assist with medical problems.
Hospice of Sturgis is licensed by the
State of Michigan and is certified by Medicare,
Medicaid and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. |
